CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Items must be returned in pristine condition, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

EXCLUSIONS

Please note that customized or personalized pieces, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To begin the process, kindly contact our dedicated customer service team at support@sephira.com. They will provide you with an RA number and assist you every step of the way.

RETURN SHIPPING

Ensure your jewelry is securely packaged and labeled with the RA number before shipping it back to us using a traceable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our oversight.
